Fiery Vinyasa Flow

During this class we will move through a series of vinyasas designed to light the fire within. Strengthening the body through constant moving flows, we will balance the muscle groups to create functional strength in the body. This class will leave you sweating and full of energy. There will be modifications for individuals who are growing into their practice. Enjoy a long savasana, a restorative pose, or a yoga nidra practice to top off your vigorous practice.
