This class combines multiple styles of yoga and body work including: myofascial release, deep stretches, self-massage, slow flows, sound therapy, breathing exercises & restorative postures. The class is designed for those who are overworked physically, mentally or emotionally.

We all deal with multiple kinds of stress. Whether you are a mountain athlete, a parent, or simply looking for new ways to take care of your body, this may be the class for you. Each week we will focus on a variety of styles to help open and relax the body while calming the nervous system.
