Breathe, Align, Flow

We will tune into the intricacies of the breath, move with intention and take time to pause, feel and observe the body. Mindful movement is coupled with breath, and longer holds in poses are complimented with active alignment cues allowing you to be fully present with your yoga practice. This class is suitable for students newer to yoga as well as experienced students interested in a slower flow that maintains its intensity.
