Want to feel better and improve your health naturally? Join Herbalist and yoga instructor Andrea Buchanan for a fun and hands-on series for better health!
The first class in the series is Sunday, November 3rd from 3:00-5:00 pm. Just in time for winter weather, we will learn how yoga, breath work, and herbs can make a significant difference in helping the immune system become stronger. Enjoy an hour of all-levels yoga that is thoughtfully curated with poses to help strengthen and support the immune system. After practice, delve into the beneficial world of herbs and discover key plants that get the immune system humming nicely. During the hour long herbal workshop, learn how to craft a helpful herbal remedy that you get to take home to have on hand any time your immune system needs a boost.
The cost is $40.00, which includes yoga and a remedy to take home. If you register for all three classes, the cost is only $100.
