It's time for Deep Rest, a restorative yoga practice crafted to open the body and release tensions through passive stretching. To deepen your state of relaxation we will transition into Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep. Yoga nidra is a guided meditation and conscious relaxation practice. This restorative yoga and yoga nidra blend will leave you feeling relaxed physically, mentally and emotionally.
